TECCA Insight Suite · Version privacy-2026-09-v1.0 · Effective September 8, 2026 Elite Leadership Group, LLC · Wichita, Kansas, USA · contact@eliteleadershipcenter.com

In plain language

We collect what you give us at signup, your assessment responses, and what the assessment produces. We use it to deliver your results and coaching, keep the Services secure, and — only with your consent — for de-identified research and marketing email. We do not sell your personal information. We do not give your identifiable results to an employer or sponsor unless you direct us to. You can export or delete your data anytime from Settings.

1. Who we are and what this covers

Elite Leadership Group, LLC ("we," "us") operates the TECCA Insight Suite — the TECCA Core Influence Assessment, Power Profile™ reports, Sage Intelligent Coaching™, dashboards, observer instruments, and practitioner tools (the "Services"). This Notice explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and your choices and rights. It applies to everyone who uses the Services, including participants, observers, practitioners, and program sponsors.

2. Information we collect

Account information. Name, email address, password (stored as a hash), and account settings.

Demographic and role information. At signup or in Settings we may ask for banded demographic and role information, such as age band, role level, span of responsibility, industry, and country. Where marked optional, you may decline. We use it for research, fairness analysis, and — where you consent — future normative comparison.

Assessment responses. Your answers to assessment items, including "no occasion" (Did-Not-Occur) responses, the instrument version, and the reference period.

Derived results. Scores, zones, archetypes, pattern classifications, response-quality indicators, and report content generated from your responses, together with the scoring-engine and configuration versions used, so your results remain reproducible.

Response-process data. Timing and interaction data captured while you take an assessment, such as time per item and revisions. We use it to detect careless or inattentive responding and to study item performance. It is never used to make a consequential decision about you.

Sage conversations. Messages you exchange with Sage, and the assessment context Sage is permitted to reference for your account. Conversation memory across sessions is stored only with your separate consent.

Observer data. If you invite observers, the contact details you provide and their ratings. If you serve as an observer, your ratings, your relationship to the person rated, and your separate observer consent.

Consents and preferences. Your consent selections and their history, including the version of the Terms and this Notice you accepted, when, and from what IP address.

Payment information. Purchases are processed by third-party payment processors. We receive confirmations and limited billing details. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

Technical and usage data. Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring URLs, and diagnostic logs, collected through standard web technologies and cookies.

Communications. Messages you send us, including support requests.

3. How we use information

  • To deliver the Services — score assessments, generate reports, operate dashboards, and provide Sage.
  • To protect instrument integrity — detect careless, inattentive, or fraudulent responding.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Services, including debugging and aggregate analytics.
  • To process purchases and manage subscriptions.
  • To communicate with you about your account, security, purchases, and results.
  • For research and instrument development, only with your consent and in de-identified form — studies of reliability, structure, fairness, and norms.
  • For marketing email, only with your consent.
  • For organizational programs, in aggregate only (Section 5).
  • To comply with law, protect safety, and enforce our Terms.

Where the law of your location requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in security, integrity, and improvement, your consent where we ask for it, and our legal obligations.

4. Automated processing and AI

Automated scoring. Scoring, zone assignment, archetype assignment, and response-quality flags are produced automatically by our scoring engine from your responses under published rules. These outputs are developmental information. We do not use them, and do not permit others to use them, to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you, including employment decisions. You may ask us for a plain-language explanation of how your results were derived.

AI coaching. Sage generates responses using automated language models operated by us and by AI service providers under contract. Your Sage inputs and the assessment context Sage may reference are sent to those providers to generate responses. Our providers are engaged to process this information only to provide the service to us. Information about our current providers is available on request. Sage is not a human and is not a clinical or professional service; see the Terms of Service, Section 6.

Your profile. The Services create a behavioral profile from your self-reported responses for your own development. You control who else sees it (Section 5).

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Service providers. We share information with providers who process it for us under contract — application hosting and database services, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, customer support, and AI model services. They may use it only to provide services to us.

Organizational programs, practitioners, and observers.

  • Your identifiable results are yours. In programs sponsored by an employer, coach, consultant, or other organization, the sponsor receives only participation status and aggregated, de-identified group information protected by minimum-group-size rules, released only through an authorized practitioner.
  • We do not disclose your identifiable individual results to a sponsor unless you separately and expressly choose to share them.
  • Authorized practitioners may see practitioner-facing materials for developmental debriefing under confidentiality obligations.
  • Individual observer identities and responses are never disclosed to the person rated. Observer results appear only in aggregate and are withheld when minimum-group-size rules are not met.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms; to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person; or to prevent fraud or security threats.

Business transfers. In a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred to a successor bound by this Notice or by notice of changes to you.

De-identified information. We may use and share information that no longer identifies you — such as aggregate research findings, norm tables, and instrument statistics — for any lawful purpose. We do not attempt to re-identify de-identified data.

6. Research participation

Research use of your data is consent-based. In Settings you choose whether your de-identified responses may be included in research and instrument-development analyses, including studies of reliability, structure, fairness, and norms, and published technical documentation in aggregate form. You may withdraw at any time. Withdrawal stops future inclusion but cannot remove your data from analyses already completed or published in aggregate. Research participation never affects your access to the Services or your results.

7. Retention

We keep your account information, assessment responses, derived results, and Sage conversations for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify this information within a reasonable period, except that: de-identified data may be retained where you consented to research; payment and tax records are kept as long as accounting and tax law require; security, fraud, and legal records are kept as long as needed to protect our rights and comply with law; and copies may persist in time-limited backups until those backups are purged on our regular schedule. Observer data is de-identified when the associated engagement closes. You can delete individual Sage conversations at any time in Settings.

8. Your choices and rights

From Settings, at any time: view and update your account; export the data we hold about you; delete your account; manage research and marketing consents; delete Sage conversations and withdraw Sage memory consent; manage observer invitations.

Marketing. Marketing email is sent only with your consent and always includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages about your account, security, purchases, and results are not marketing.

Rights under privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal information; to opt out of sale, sharing, or certain profiling; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We will honor requests within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. To make a request, email contact@eliteleadershipcenter.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before responding.

Human explanation. You may request a plain-language explanation of how your results were derived.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and role-based permissions, server-side enforcement of confidentiality rules (including observer anonymity and minimum-group-size protections), audit logging, and versioned, immutable result records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Services — sessions, security, and preferences — and may use analytics cookies to understand usage. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. Most browsers let you control cookies; disabling necessary cookies may impair the Services.

11. Children

The Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International transfers

We are based in the United States and process information here and in countries where our service providers operate. Where we transfer personal information from jurisdictions that restrict international transfers, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.

13. Changes to this Notice

We may update this Notice. Material changes will be announced in the Services or by email before they take effect. Each version carries an identifier and effective date, and prior versions are available on request.
